Shortlist Presentation
The shortlist of candidates from those interviewed is presented to the client along with a report and recommendation on each individual.

Interview Co-ordination
Once the short list has been scrutinised by the client we arrange all interviews between our client’s representatives and shortlisted candidates including organising travel where necessary.  This includes preparing both the client’s representatives and candidates for the interview process.

Client/Candidate Debrief
After each interview, our consultants debrief both the candidate and our client’s representatives. This information is fed back to our key client contact with recommendations on  how best to proceed.
