Following your interview with the client, we will provide feedback for you from the client identifying areas of strong performance and areas for improvement and likelihood of suitability for the role. This debrief serves also as a professional development opportunity for you.

If you have been required to undergo psychometric testing, we will provide you with an opportunity to obtain feedback about your results.
Second interview preparation
If you have been successful in the first interview round, and are required to attend for a second interview, we will provide you with assistance to properly prepare for this opportunity.

Responding to a job offer
Once you have been made a job offer, we will help you through the process. We will finalise salary package details and advise how best to manage any counter offers from your employer.

We can also advise to best way to manage your transition from your current role to your new role. This may include assisting with letters of resignation and exit interview preparation.
If you are unsuccessful
If it transpires that you will not be offered the role, we are able to offer advice regarding your suitability for other roles we may have available, and can provide additional resources and direction aimed at improving your opportunity to find the role best suited for you. This can include referral to formal career management services and our training services. |
